Engr. Patrick Adinya
Executive Director
Engr. Patrick Adinya is a software and systems expert with multiple engineering and IT certifications, including international training in the UK. He is a Microsoft Certified Developer with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, system integration, and enterprise solutions. His in-depth knowledge of Cheque Truncation Systems, banking software, and infrastructure integration positions him as a technical pillar in the company’s operations.
Fidelis Iwuh
Managing Director
Fidelis Iwuh is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in the private sector. Before founding Berthceline Technologies Ltd in 2005, he served as General Manager at GORI Nigeria Ltd, where he played a key role in the development and nationwide deployment of Cheque Truncation Solutions for major financial institutions. His leadership, financial expertise, and deep understanding of Nigeria’s tech and banking sectors continue to drive the company’s vision and long-term growth.
Leonard Iwuh
Chairman
Leonard Iwuh is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant and business strategist. He previously served as Chief Accountant at IPBC Nigeria Ltd and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Prestine Warehouse Ltd. Leonard brings a wealth of experience in high-capacity UPS installations and power solutions across West Africa. As Chairman, he offers strategic oversight and financial governance to support Berthceline’s mission and sustainability.
